Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund (Fund) invests in the debt securities issued by California municipalities. The Fund?ÇÖs investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax and California personal income tax. The Fund invests in municipal obligations that are insured as to principal and interest payments.
The aggregate percentage insured by an individual financial institution ranged from 4.2% to 23.1% of total investments. As of September 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), 84.1% of total investments are backed by bond insurance of various financial institutions and financial guaranty assurance agencies.
