Eaton Vance Floating-Rate Income Trust's investment advisor and administrator is Eaton Vance Management (EVM), a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp. The Fund may invest in Cash Management Portfolio, an affiliated investment company managed by Boston Management and Research (BMR), a wholly owned subsidiary of EVM.
