BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income taxes by investing primarily in a portfolio of long-term, high-grade municipal obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal income taxes. BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund, Inc. may invest in certain securities, whose income return is inversely related to changes in a floating interest rate (inverse floaters). The Fund may purchase and write call and put options. The Fund may also invest in swap agreements.
