The Company's segments include operations of its brands, such as UGG, Teva, Sanuk and other brands; wholesale divisions, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, which includes E-Commerce business and retail store business. The Company sells accessories, such as handbags and loungewear, through domestic and international retailers, international distributors and directly to end user consumers both domestically and internationally, through its Websites, call centers and retail stores. The Company markets its products primarily under three brands: UGG, Teva and Sanuk.
The UGG brand offers footwear, handbags, apparel, home and cold weather accessories. The Teva brand is an active lifestyle brand, which includes casual sandals, shoes and boots. Sanuk is a fun lifestyle footwear brand, which includes SIDEWALK SURFERS shoes, Yoga Mat and Beer Cozy sandal collections. The Company's other brands include Hoka One One (Hoka), a line of footwear for runners; Ahnu, a line of performance outdoor and yoga footwear, and Koolaburra by UGG (Koolaburra), a line of fashion casual footwear using sheepskin and other plush materials.
The Company's wholesale customers include specialty retailers, selected department stores, outdoor retailers, sporting goods retailers, shoe stores and online retailers. The Company's retail stores include UGG concept stores and UGG outlet stores. As of March 31, 2016, the Company had a total of 153 retail stores across the world. The Company's E-Commerce business sells a range of products. The Company operates its E-Commerce business through approximately 20 Websites in over nine countries.
