As of December 31, 2016, the Company provided approximately 400,000 fresh, frozen, and dry food stock-keeping units (SKUs), as well as non-food items, sourced from over 5,000 suppliers. As of January 31, 2017, it maintained 75 primary operating facilities, consisting of its 60 distribution centers and other supporting facilities. As of December 31, 2016, the Company had a network of 60 distribution facilities and fleet of approximately 6,000 trucks. As of December 31, 2016, the Company supplied approximately 250,000 customer locations across the nation.
The Company's brands include Cattleman's Selection, Chef's Line, Cross Valley Farms, del Pasado, Devonshire, Glenview Farms, Harbor Banks, Valu+Plus, Harvest Value, Hilltop Hearth, Metro Deli, Molly's Kitchen, Monarch, Monogram, Pacific Jade, Patuxent Farms, Rituals, Roseli, Rykoff Sexton and Stock Yards. The Company's division, US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies, distributes food service equipment and supplies in the United States. Its inventory includes heavy equipment, food preparation and cooking supplies, furniture, dinnerware, glassware, smallwares, flatwares, cutlery, textiles and janitorial supplies.
