Reed's, Inc., incorporated on October 7, 2001, develops, manufactures, markets and sells natural non-alcoholic carbonated soft drinks, Kombucha, candies and ice creams. Reed's Ginger Brews
Reed's Ginger Brews consists between 8 and 39 grams of fresh ginger in every approximately 12-ounce bottle. The Company uses pure cane sugar as the sweetener. Its products differ from commercial soft drinks in characteristics, such as sweetening, carbonation and coloring for adult appeal. Reed's line consists of products, such as Reed's Original Ginger Brew, Reed's Premium Ginger Brew, Reed's Raspberry Ginger Brew, Reed's Spiced Apple Brew, Reed's Cherry Ginger Brew, Reed's Light 55 Calories Extra Ginger Brew, Reed's Natural Energy Elixir and Reed's Nausea Relief.
Virgil's Root Beer
Virgil's is a premium craft root beer. The Company sells Virgil's Root Beer in over three packaging styles, including approximately 12-ounce bottles in over four-pack, a special swing-lid style pint bottle and approximately five-liter self-tapping party keg. In addition to Virgil's Root Beer, the Company also offers a range of products under Virgil's brand, including Virgil's Cream Soda, Virgil's Orange Cream Soda, Virgil's Black Cherry Cream Soda, Virgil's Real Cola, Virgil's Dr. Better, as well as Virgil's ZERO line, including Root Beer, Cream Soda, Real Cola, Dr. Better and Black Cherry Cream Soda.
Reed's Culture Club Kombucha
Kombucha is a fermented tea. Kombucha is made using a combination of Oolong and Yerba Mate teas, spring water and a combination of ginger, organic juices and flavors.
Other Beverage Brands
The Company's brands that have limited distribution include China Cola, California Juice, Sonoma Sparkler and Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer. The Company is engaged in development of new brands and products.
Private Label Products
The Company designs and manufactures drinks for private label customers in multiple facilities. It develops the recipe and may design the label and/or the bottle style. Its private label products have been primarily sparkling juices, waters and teas. The Company develops the sources for glass and ingredients.
