Nuveen Real Estate Income Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide current income by investing primarily in a portfolio of income-producing common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks and debt securities issued by real estate companies, such as real estate investment trusts (REITs).
The Fund invests in industries, such as specialized, office, residential, retail and short term investments. The Fund?ÇÖs investment advisor is Nuveen Asset Management, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, Inc.
