JLL assists clients by defining space requirements, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions, and negotiating lease and ownership terms with landlords. The Company's property and facility management services product category includes property management services, integrated facility management services, lease administration and auditing services, and mobile engineering services. JLL's property management services provide on-site management services to real estate owners for office, industrial, retail, multi-family residential and specialty properties. Lasalle Investment Management
The Company's real estate investment management business is a member of the JLL group that the Company operates under the brand name of LaSalle Investment Management. LaSalle provides investment management services to institutional and retail investors.
