Print Segment

The Print Segment is engaged in manufacturing, designing and selling business forms and other printed business products primarily to distributors located in the United States. The Print Segment operates over 60 manufacturing plants throughout the United States in approximately 20 states. It sells products, including snap sets, continuous forms, laser cut sheets, tags, labels, envelopes, integrated products, jumbo rolls and pressure sensitive products in short, medium and long runs under the following labels, such as Ennis, Royal Business Forms, Block Graphics, Specialized Printed Forms, ColorWorx, Enfusion, Uncompromised Check Solutions, VersaSeal, Witt Printing, B&D Litho, Genforms, PrintGraphics, Calibrated Forms, PrintXcel, Printegra, Curtis Business Forms, Falcon Business Forms, Forms Manufacturers, Mutual Graphics, TRI-C Business Forms and Hoosier Data Forms. The Print Segment also sells the Adams McClure brand (which provides Point of Purchase advertising for large franchise and fast food chains, as well as kitting and fulfillment); the Admore and Folder Express brands (which provide presentation folders and document folders); Ennis Tag & Label (which provides custom printed high performance labels and custom and stock tags); Atlas Tag & Label, Kay Toledo Tag and Special Service Partners (SSP) (which provides custom and stock tags and labels); Trade Envelopes and Block Graphics, Wisco and National Imprint Corporation (which provide custom and imprinted envelopes), and Northstar and General Financial Supply (which provide financial and security documents).

The Company competes with R.R. Donnelley, Staples, Taylor Corporation and Cenveo.

Apparel Segment

The Apparel Segment operates under the name of Alstyle Apparel (Alstyle). Alstyle markets knitted activewear, including t-shirts, tank tops and fleece across various market segments. The main products of Alstyle are shirts manufactured in a range of sizes and colors. Alstyle's primary manufacturing operations are in an owned manufacturing facility located in Agua Prieta, Mexico. Alstyle has over three cut and sew facilities in Mexico (Agua Prieta, Ensenada and Hermosillo). Alstyle's branded product lines are sold mainly under the AAA, Alstyle Apparel and Activewear, and Murina brands.

The Company competes with Gildan Activewear Inc., Hanes and Fruit of the Loom.
